Engineer in EM (Electromagnetic) Simulation (m/f)

- EM simulation using high frequency and microwave simulation tools.
- Evaluation and support of tools and methodologies with focus on circuit design including EM simulation. EM simulation and modeling of chip, package and PCB designs.
- Major tasks of the position include but are not limited to
EM simulation and modeling using high frequency and microwave simulation tools - Project support in EM simulation
- Support of internal and external circuit designers
- Evaluation of tools and methodologies for HF designs
- Development and quality assurance of provided tools and methodologies

- Competent knowledge and practical usage of EM simulation tools such as: HFSS, Q3D, Momentum, Sonnet, etc.
- Knowledge of analog/RF circuit design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, ADS, etc.
- Basic knowledge of RF circuit design
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor technology
- Basic knowledge of PCB design
- Unix knowledge
- Communication skills in German and English
- Creativity and engagement in the given task
