Engineer III - (Senior)

Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for an ENGINEER III - (SENIOR) to join our client, the world leader in the pharmaceutical industry, located in WEST POINT, PA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for investigation of manufacturing deviation events in a GMP vaccine manufacturing facility.
- Responsible for initial response and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for root cause analysis.
- Responsible for product quality and compliance impact assessments.
- Develop corrective and preventative actions.
- Document technical and investigation reports.
- Responsible for use of SAP and other database applications.
- Routinely partners with Quality, Operations, and other functional support groups to complete tasks.
- Manage and track multiple investigations and tasks simultaneously.
- Communicate with regular status updates to the area lead
- Escalate delays or issues in a timely manner.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- BS degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering.
- Three plus (3+) years of experience working in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills - LSS or Sigma qualifications are preferred.
- Ability to work in a GMP vaccine manufacturing facility.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred.
