IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Resolution of global and local complaints and inquiries
-Assume full accountability for the management of individual cases in bloodgas business according to regulatory and ISO Quality system requirements and needs of the Country Organizations in a timely manner
-Collect all relevant data and evaluating each escalated complaint to determine if investigation is needed
-Resolve cases and performing correct processing and documentation for individual’s cases according to applied medical standards and quality system
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Favourably solid work experience in industrial quality assurance or Medical Device R strong working knowledge of German would be an advantage
