Length of Assignment: 10months - 1year
Job Description:
Test Engineer will be working at UOIT ACE on several projects relating to our client's activities in Climatic Wind Tunnel and other Test Facilities. Sound knowledge of vehicle instrumentations and data collection reduction is required.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 7 - 9 years experience
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Sound knowledge of vehicle instrumentations
- Strong understanding of materials, engineering theory and principles of design
- Releases advance product components and/or line of products
- Diagnoses and corrects deficiencies
- Maintains cost controls
- Provides technical direction to support personnel
- Coordinates supportive build programs
- Coordinates test and/or development programs
- Coordinates engineering projects with other departments and/or divisions
- Coordinates with suppliers and/or customers on a regular basis
Desirable Qualifications:
- Ability to work well with others, exhibiting teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask by handling diverse assignments concurrently
- Position related experience 6 years
- Relevant auto industry exp required
Special Conditions:
Background checks required
Some travel to the US maybe required.
