Engagement Lead (Business Change)

New exciting role for an experienced Engagement Lead to work for a large utilities client based in Warwick for a 9 month contract.

Start Date ASAP - Early September

Title - Engagement Lead

Essential skills/Experienced required:

*Significant experience in an Engagement role
*Develop and manage the next phase of the UK Business Change Engagement Strategy, to foster a joined up approach to engagement planning, across the major UK Change programmes; UKOM, RIIO, Performance Excellence, Capability, Confucius, Cabinet
*Establish an effective Engagement governance model to ensure consistency and alignment in execution
*Continue to develop initiatives to support UK staff through change, in line with engagement requirements
*Project manage the roll out of Story capability development, including management of the commercial relationship with third party providers
*Provide advice to Business Functions on Best Practice for executing their individual engagement plans and facilitate events as required
*Organisation of events for the central Change programmes and wider functional teams (as necessary)
*Contract Management
*Customer Focus
*Process Excellence
*Facilitation skills

*Knowledge and experience of engagement tools, techniques, approaches and strategies
