The required Account Manager will be predominantly office-based, and support sales processes through managing own renewal and new business sales pipeline with clients. The team run the sales forecast model and provide market intelligence analysis to the Sales managers and internal teams. You will aid negotiation of contracts on a growing portfolio of FTSE listed companies, and you will be involved in client-facing activities and account management for a number of clients. As part of the Account Management team you will be responsible for handling clients and their portfolios, therefore must be highly articulate with excellent communication skills. The role may also entail a level of business development, experience of which is a fantastic tool to develop your relationship-building skills and further your career in this area. A strong team player with formalised IT training, you will possess a good degree and organisational skills. Previous experience at building relationships with customers and other suppliers in an account management-type role within the energy industry is an essential requirement.
