We are looking for professionals who can work as onsite release manager for Endur. The professional will act as a single point of contact for all release management activities across programs. The focus of the team is to ensure successful deployment of Endur projects to multiple environments by interacting with multiple stake holders along with other responsibilities defined in the service definition.
*Co-ordination of release management activities for Endur projects with strong Release Management ITIL experience and communication skills.
*Liaising with business users, other support teams, development teams, third parties suppliers etc involved during the deployment activity.
*Managing customer related escalations and ensuring a speedy resolution within the SLA.
