ENDUR 1ST LINE SUPPORT

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION:

- The department ETS - Endur Common Services (ECS) supports the client`s business process Marketing and supply' with product development, support and operation and maintenance in the area Natur Gas (NG) and Crude liquid products (CLP).
- The Endur Maintenance teams are responsible for Support and Maintenance of a position management solution in NG and CLP based on a product developed by an external vendor (Endur developed by OpenLink). We need a new person 100% to participate in the Endur 1 line support team

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Be responsible for Endur 1st line support during normal working hours
- Handle emails sent to Endur's shared common mailbox
- Answer the Endur on-duty phone during normal working hours
- Ensure all requests are handled in the ServiceCenter according to the ITSM procedures
- Maintain user accesses in Endur based on approved requests in AccessIT
- Monitoring the interfaces between Endur and other solutions (internal and external).
- Offer 1.line user support related to the Trading solution in Endur.

This includes:

- Deal Capture
- Gas Scheduling
- Invoicing and confirmation
- Mid Office (Risk, exposure, Var and P&L reporting)
- Accounting
- Given the right skills, this person may also over time participate in more complex support and/or development tasks

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT (THESE REQUIREMENTS NEEDS TO BE SPECIFIED IN THE CV):

Mandatory:

- Educated in IT
- Good knowledge of ITIL
- Experience from user support
- Knowledge of HP Openview ServiceCenter - The client's application for following up defects and changes

Preferred:

- Knowledge of Endur
- Experience as a system developer (Business Analyst, System Analyst or Designer/Programmer) in a system development project with at least 3 project participants
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge from structured programming, eg C
- Experience from either
- implementation/support of Invoicing/Accounting solutions
- implementation/support of trading solutions
- Knowledge about energy trading (oil, gas or electricity)
- AVS Scripting (Open Link proprietary programming language)
- Knowledge about the gas applications used by NG
- Knowledge of the interfacing systems (Dispatch, ProXY, Gazelle, SAP Accounting, Energy Server, CREM)
- Crystal Reports
- Biztalk, MQ, AQ
- PL/SQL
- Tibco Rendezvous
- Interviewing Immediately.
