- Handling different operating systems (Windows XP/7/8)
- Handling end users IMAC requests
- Performing Hardware/Software installation
- Asset/Inventory Management at sites
- End user support - Breakfix
- Desktop/Network Printers Management at sites
- Handling VIP support calls/requests
- Image creation & Deployment
- Software packaging & Maintenance
- Desktops patch management
- Desktops AV/end point security Management
- Local File Servers management at sites
- Configuring Blackberry/iPhone for users at sites
- Vendor coordination for hardware/spare replacement
- Incident Management (For EUC Team only)
- Support Queue Management

DESIRED SKILLS

- Certification in Microsoft
- Good client management & communication skills
- Excellent background in compliance & risk management domains
