End User Reporter and Assistant - Medical Health Systems - Tomcat

REPORT WRITING AND PROVIDING END USER ASSISTANT -  CLINICAL DATABASE SYSTEM - TOMCAT

You will provide assistance for users of a Clinical Database System called TOMCAT.

TOMCAT offers a software solution to collect and aggregate data relative to the cardiac care of patients, and allows for a comprehensive, patient-centric presentation of this data to care givers such as doctors and nurses.

You will provide assistance for users of the TOMCAT system at all levels including secretaries, consultants and technicians by writing and providing reports from the application and data analyser.

IDEAL BACKGROUND WRITING DATA REPORTS FROM COMPLEX SYSTEMS FOR END USERS OR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE PROVIDING END USER ASSISTANCE WITH READING AND ANALYSING MEDICAL  HEALTH SYSTEMS DATA.

Desirable Skills required:

- Knowledge of SQL and Office Systems would be an advantage.
- Ability to analyse data in a structured manner
- Audits
- Report Writing
- Test Writing

The position will require training to be delivered on some medical areas, training will be provided.

Personal qualities include:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to plan own workload and work to given priorities with tight deadlines in a busy environment and a desire to further develop your own IT knowledge and experience
