END USER COMPUTING ARCHITECT - WINDOWS 7/CITRIX XENAPP AND XENDESKTOP

Our client a global consulting firm urgently requires a Workspace Architect for a global programme based in London with frequent travel to Oslo, Norway (Expenses covered)

This key role will deliver end user computing environment working closely with the SMEs and the account team, the Architect will provide architectural guidance and support the delivery teams during the implementation of the end user environment.

Responsibilities:

Liaise with the Service Management/Architect lead for
- Definitions of SLAs
- Ensure that the Asset Management process integration is designed
- Ensure that the Availability is designed for all services in scope
- Ensure that the Configuration Management process integration is designed

Liaise with the Security lead to
- Ensure that the design meets all security requirements
- Ensure that the security processes are designed and documented

Liaise with the Deployment (SCCM/SCOM) architect to
- Ensure that the deployment requirement for the OS is designed
- Ensure that the enterprise management feeds are designed

Gathering Functional & Non-Functional Requirements
Attend Technical Design Authority (TDA) meetings
Liaise with the technical Stream B lead to
High Level Design and Detailed Design (LLD)
Provide guidance and advise to
