One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a E2E Architect (Telecoms - Billing - BSS/OSS) with strong BSS integration experience.

1: JOB PROFILE

-This is an End-to End Enterprise Architecture position focused on supporting the Design and Integration of Middleware, Application, Database, Technology infra & Security Solutions in Software Service and other related business units. As part of the presales and delivery teams, the E2E Enterprise Architect will be a leader in providing strategy in evaluation of current technologies and researching innovative solutions to solve business problems that Software Services business unit are challenged with. The ideal candidate will focus on leading the strategy on Integrated Solutions as it relates to Service Oriented Architecture. These include supporting the implementation of best practices, assessment of new technologies, implementation of POC's, performance tuning, implementing technology standards, architecture governance, design patterns and IT best practices.
-The ideal candidate should be articulate, a problem solver, a self starter and have experience leading and communicating with solution architects, systems engineers, application developers, managers and senior executives in various different domains. This position will need to evaluate technical solutions, communicate leading technical choices, specify constraints for design and implementation, and scope the level of architectural effort, while helping teams deliver business value. May lead or support an organization-wide view of the current and future business and application technology strategies with focus on Software Application Integration. In addition, will need to connect the dots between many different business priorities and strategies, architectural and technical frameworks, processes, applications, and methodologies.

2: RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide consultation to promote, interpret, and apply strategy and architecture throughout the Enterprise
- Develop IT strategy that aligned with the customer's organizational business goals at the enterprise level
-Provide complete end to end strategic roadmap according to the evolving business needs and technology capabilities
-Define, develop and communicate IT blueprints to guide the customers and organization in solutions design and implementation
-Define the architecture engagement model and architecture practice
-Lead collaborative architectural governance processes to align solution development with defined architectures
-Perform governance and review on solutions and designs based on the end to end solution architecture for all BSS/OSS in-flight projects
-Research and evaluate alternative solutions, and recommends the most efficient and cost effective solution with focus on minimizing customization.
-Evaluate and recommend emerging technology solutions that provide business value as it relates to Security, Integration, Infrastructure, Telecom and Software application projects.
-Responsible for analysing, defining, and documenting requirements for data, workflow, processes, and interfaces with internal and external systems.
-Define business capability models, reference architectures, business/technology roadmaps, and associated artifacts
-Identify and promote the definition and reuse of common business processes and practices.
-Formulate new shared/Integration services or tools to be leveraged across Business Units.
-Establish organization-level architectural road maps to set architecture direction and guide technology investments
-Conduct proof of concept projects and evaluate fit for purpose of new tools and technologies

3: BASIC QUALIFICATION

- 10+ years in proven IT Leadership Roles of increasing responsibility
- 10 -12 years of experiences of solution architecture in any or most of the below domains:
-BSS Domain (Billing, CRM, BI/Analytics, Mediation, Provisioning)
-3rd Party BSS Domain (Oracle, Amdocs, Ericsson, Comverse, Redknee, etc)
-OSS/Fulfilment Domain (Order Fulfilment, Service Provisioning, Fallout Management, TT, and other related integration to OSS domain)
-Digital Service Domain (VAS, SDP, IPTV, Cloud, M2M, Mobile Payment, Smart Grid, etc.)
-Strong experience in leading and running Enterprise Architecture teams
-Experience in Telecom industry with BSS, OSS, Digital Service & VAS platforms and API technologies
-Practical experience implementing innovative technology solutions in such areas as Cloud Computing, Mobile Platforms, Big Data, Information Management, Collaboration and Virtualization
-Extensive experience collaborating with solution, information, and application architects and infrastructure engineers to identify, design, and implement highly complex, end-to-end solutions.
-Demonstrated thought leadership and technology management skills
-Broad and extensive business management skills and knowledge
-Respected leader with demonstrated ability to influence colleagues at senior, junior and peer levels
-Experience in forming strategic partnerships with technology and business partners in a collaborative manner
-Strong team leadership and collaborative skills, combined with comprehensive, practical experience in providing robust architecture solutions
-Excellent communications and consensus building skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with both customers and technical partners.
-Experienced in various software delivery methodologies (waterfall, Agile & continuous delivery)
-Ability to handle customer discussions effectively from customer site and interact with multiple stakeholders from both internal & external.
-Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards

4: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical/Telecom Engineering, or Information Systems with expressed interest in IT Telco application development technologies.
-5-7 years of experience in Technologies related to Enterprise Information Security and Infrastructure.
-TOGAF, ZACHMAN, 6-SIGMA, eTOM and/or ITIL certifications
-Proven track record of establishing and successfully running an architecture group with deep knowledge of SOA, Application Life Cycle Management, Mobile, Data Architecture, IT Simplification, Design Patterns, Network and IT Governance
-Exposure to cloud computing platform, including Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service and other computing paradigms as it relates to these technologies
