End to End Architect

One of the leading telecom service providers are looking for a Siebel Consultant to work on site, in Bahrain, on a 6 month extendable contract position.

To be considered for the role you will need to have 10+ years of experience in the Technology field in the Telecom industry having at least two E2E deliveries done using Oracle RODOD stack. Experience in complex and heterogeneous Information Systems (IS)/Technology Infrastructure (TI) landscapes, which support critical business processes. Large BSS projects experience as a solution architect or as architecture team leader. Deep Experience in BSS architecture in quad play environments (Mobile, fixed, data, Datacom). Deep knowledge of telco processes (customer management, fulfilment, service assurance, billing & collections, logistics, partners management). Deep knowledge of applications & platforms used in telco industry in the BSS domain (Order capture and management, Billing(BRM), Siebel CRM, AIA, OSM/ASAP, self-care, fraud management, Business Intelligence, payment systems, ERP, Activation, Inventory, Mediation, Monitoring, Portal, Mobil App). Experience in convergence (prepaid/post-paid, consumer/Enterprise, Mobile/fixed products). Development experience in either Siebel CRM, Oracle AIA/SOA or Oracle BRM. Exposure to network technologies and protocols (Mobile, IP, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, WiMAX). Experience with standard protocols, technologies and concepts (Web services, Service Oriented Architecture, Internet protocols, SQL, RDBMS). Experience of using standardized business models as a means of driving technical architectures. Experience in the development and delivery of Telecom solutions with high level of complexity & integration using EAI to multiple Back End systems, network elements, and touch points.
