Enablon Solution Architect

ROLE: SOLUTION ARCHITECT (ENABLON)

MY CLIENT BASED IN ARNHEM, NETHERLANDS IS LOOKING FOR A ENABLON SOLUTION ARCHITECT FOR A LONG-TERM CONTRACT.

Within the customer's IT service organization, you will provide expert consulting services on the EHS management product Enablon. You will be working as a solution architect collaborating closely with the business and end users to implement any product level configuration and customization requirements. Furthermore, you will be responsible to deploy changes and projects in the area of Enablon.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

DEPLOY/ROLL-OUT IT PROJECTS/SOLUTIONS:

- Design solutions for various Enablon modules for different types of businesses across industry
- Understand detailed EHS modules to ensure complete coverage of customer's Enablon requirement and how they interact with other supporting modules
- Have experience in Enablon implementation or support for any organization to understand day in life activities of the application
- Ensure proper documentation of Enablon functional/technical design and developing processes in order to produce appropriate procedures
- Expert in working on all factories - form, workflow to work on configuring Enablon as per clients requirements
- Ensure a seamless integration of new and existing systems to eliminate potential problems and maintain data structure
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure the architecture is aligned with business and technical requirements
- Make sure that all aspects of the application solution architecture are optimize by working with subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Specialize in the design, developing, and implementation of Enablon for business
- Upgrade existing architectural applications/software life cycle to ensure an improved/efficient application
- Provide functional/technical support and training on Enablon to ensure high level of business performance
- Monitor the performance of Enablon to ensure fluid interaction between components and multiple modules
- You support the design team in building and testing solutions

ENABLON IT SUPPORT:

- You assist the regional and local departments in solving business process- and functional-related questions in the area Enablon
- You manage the L2-L3 support in order to ensure that service level agreements are met
- You capture, understand and summarize the functional change requirements from business in a clear manner
- As a business partner, you assist business and users to leverage Enablon product in the best possible way and help in continual improvement of the system

YOUR PROFILE MUST HAVE'S

- Prior experience in implementing Enablon modules such as - Event management, Audits and Inspections, BBS, Management of Change, JHA/JSA
- Industry segment experience - Manufacturing (Chemical, process and or food products)
- Experience in managing workflows and factories within the product
- Experience working on the various solution layers of the product
- Experience in defining integration requirements for the product with in-house ERP
- Experience in an IT support function and agile delivery is a plus
- Good analytical skills and ability to work autonomously
- Good communication and customer front-ending skills
