EMPLOYER BRANDING MANAGER - GRADUATE RECRUITMENT - WORLD LEADING OIL & GAS CO.

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for an Employer Branding Marketing Manager with strong experience in Graduate recruitment, including hands on experience with Campus activities.

Role Description:

- Build Employer brand in the UK/Europe
- Grow Employer brand perception and presence at universities
- Activate campus and marketing activities at university level
- Lead and Run academic round tables and campus team's conferences
- Communication campaigns to graduates and experienced professionals
- Develop marketing materials for students/graduates
- Develop content and deploy it across channels, building the desired excellent' brand image.
- Internal communications of achievements/plans and stakeholders management
- Able to develop strategy and plans (25% of the role) as well as implement them fast and take corrective actions if needed.

In addition, act as the global focal point for the Campus Ambassador Programme working with various regions to ensure marketing activities are on track and providing global support to drive forward this channel.

Experience:

- Experience in the Employer Brand marketing area/Universities marketing to graduate will be a plus
- Solid marketing experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience with Brand building, BTL, ATL, on line, Social Media and Events planning.
- Excellent Project Manager Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid experience in internal and external stakeholder management (senior level)
- Experience of leading and influencing teams (with no direct reporting)
