EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Process transaction cases accurately and efficiently
- Answer Phone Calls in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction by handling calls in a knowledgeable, helpful and courteous manner
- Contribute to Special Projects and/or processes
- Adherence to established internal control procedures
- Demonstrate teamwork by assisting other team members as needed,
- Schedule may change based on the business need

SKILLS:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Bi-Lingual Spanish
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Excellent listening and communication skills, flexibility and willingness to quickly adapt to new situations while maintaining a positive attitude
- Will also consider a candidate that is French speaking with Call Center experience.
