Employee Service Center - Processing Representative

The Employee Services Center provides Payroll, Benefits and Leave of Absence services to over 100,000 active employees as well as any former employees located in both US and Canada. The Service Center is focused on delivering 100% Customer Satisfaction in a timely, high quality and accurate manner while ensuring adherence to internal controls.

EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Process transaction cases accurately and efficiently
- Answer Phone Calls in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction by handling calls in a knowledgeable, helpful and courteous manner
- Contribute to Special Projects and/or processes
- Adherence to established internal control procedures
- Demonstrate teamwork by assisting other team members as needed
- Schedule may change based on the business need
- Some overtime may be required

SKILLS:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Bi-Lingual Spanish
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Excellent listening and communication skills, flexibility and willingness to quickly adapt to new situations while maintaining a positive attitude
