I have an excellent opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to work for a major company based in Warwick

To Project manage and proactively contribute to the end to end process review for Ill Health Retirement

To provide support to the business and HRBPs on consultation, negotiation and stakeholder relationship management within a strongly unionised environment. Within this, the case management team is responsible for managing and guiding the business on all aspects of Cases (eg disciplinaries/grievances/Sickness absence & Ill Health Retirement/Under performance/Discrimination Bullying & Harassment/Drugscreating robust policy content and clear guidance
* Experience within HR and business in order to act as a trusted partner to the business.
* Experience in design, implementing and embedding HR projects, Training/Development interventions and other initiatives within a large unionised environment.
* Good communication and influencing skills in order to build trust and create buy in for change amongst third party service providers and employee representatives
* Experience in project management and navigation through a wide stakeholder base
* Strong leadership capabilities and ability to influence others at all levels, with evidence of excellent
