Are you an experienced Employee Relations Manager looking for your next contract opportunity? We have an exciting position with one of the leading, global Telecom Operators, working as part of the Employee Relations and Case management team.

Reporting to the Head of ER and Case Management, you will be responsible for providing consultation to support the implementation of the Multichannel Reward Project.

The Employee Relations Manager deals with high risk and highly complex people ER issues, providing expert advice and support but able to work cross functionally with all business areas.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Manage the consultation and implementation processes for the Sales Multi-channel Reward Project changes.
- Provide advice and support to line managers for complex ER cases.
- Manage the legal/cost risk of all cases on an ongoing basis, regularly assessing and advising on commercial risk.
- Develop and deliver training programmes, in partnership with L&D to up skill managers on employment legislation and the management of ER issues.
- Work across all areas of the People team building relationships and sharing insights on people related policies and guidelines.
- Provide support advice and mentoring as required to the ER Specialists and Case Advisors.
- Work proactively with HR Helpdesk, Specialist Teams and People Business Partners to agree consistent processes and hand offs that provide the business with seamless HR support and advice from initial query through to case conclusion.

Successful candidates will have:

- Expert in the field of Employee Relations within a Telecommunications, Retail or Service Sector background.
- Able to support business Employee Relations change, provide specialist guidance and support case management on high risk, highly complex people ER issues.
- Proven experience of high-level consultation on a collective and individual basis.
- Expert employment legislation knowledge.
- Previous exposure to organisational change would be an advantage.
- Excellent influencer and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
