EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADVISOR/SPECIALIST - HR, TRADE UNION - £200 PER DAY 3 MONTH ROLLING CONTRACT, DERBY

My client are a leading name in the manufacturing/engineering industry and are currently looking for an Employee Relations Advisor/Employee Relations specialist to provide case support to HR and Hiring managers, dealing with Grievances, Disciplinary and Absence management. The Employee Relations Advisor/Specialist will be responsible for the effective management of employee relations, specifically coaching managers in line with defined procedures to manage case load. The Employee Relations Advisor will have experience at Advisor level and case management experience relating to grievance, capability, absence and discplinaries. Experience of Trade Union Environment (UNITE) is key to success in the role and industry experience within manufacturing/engineering will be highly desirable.

- IDEALLY CIPD AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN MANUFACTURING/ENGINEERING
