My client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their business on a 12 month contract. You will provide telephone advice and guidance to managers for a variety of high volume complex employee relations issues up to dismissal. With a professional and efficient approach, you will share best practise to improve management expertise. This is a very busy role and requires an experienced ER candidate who has provided advice in a remote capacity or in a telephone based environment. You will possess exceptional communication skills and have the ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders. An extremely organised and methodical candidate, you will work to tight deadlines with attention to detail in a demanding and challenging environment.
