Employee Relations Advisor required for an interim contract within a large innovative nationwide organisation. Based at the Head Office in Surrey, you will be working within a niche Employee Relations team within a large forward thinking HR team. The contract is for an initial 3 months although there is a possibility that this will be extended. Applicants must have proven experience in compliance, TUPE, grievance & disciplinary management, process & procedures and providing stakeholder advisory services. Strong communication skills and an approachable manner are a must. Adaptability is key to this assignment as you will need to 'hit the ground running'.
