The Employee Relations Advisor will be responsible for;
*Providing support to the business managers to effectively manage low-medium risk Employee Relations cases
*Supporting ER Manager and ER Specialists on more complex/higher risk cases
*Identify trends in cases
*Maintain accurate and up to date records
*Coach, advise and influence managers dealing with ER issues
The successful candidate will have the following;
*Strong employee relations background
*Understanding of employment legislation
*Strong communication, questioning and listening skills
*Ability to identify risks and make fair decisions
*Excellent IT Skills
