An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Engagement Manager to join a market-leading telecommunications company on an Interim basis at their offices in Maidenhead.

The company have developed an ambitious growth strategy with clear priorities based on a strong Network; clear Brand position; enhanced Customer Service; well controlled costs and a skilled and engaged workforce.This is a significant role which will lead the development and delivery of our employee engagement strategy, supporting employer brand and internal culture. This role will develop, maintain and communicate the Performance Management process which supports improved people capability within Three, working collaboratively with other areas across People and Property.

Some of the key responsibilities are as follows:

*Identify and manage the programme of activities which support the Employee Engagement Strategy
*Play a key role in the Employee Brand programme to identify actions to strengthen the employee experience
*Performance manage the On Boarding Project manager, setting project objectives and ensuring quality delivery of results
*Manage the annual Engagement survey (including design, planning; communication; execution; results analysis and recommendations)
*Lead the Performance Management (Focus) direction for Three, using internal insights and external best practice.
*Ensure management of supporting tools and processes and lead Business engagement.
*Proactively manage positive internal stakeholder relationships.
*Select and manage external supplier relationships
*Manage budgets; meet KPIs and comply with department governance.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

*Extensive experience in the design, implementation and management of a large scale Employee Engagement Survey.
*Good working knowledge of a large scale company, dealing with a large number of employees.
*Very good stakeholder and supplier management skills and good knowledge of acting as key point of contact for external providers
*Good working knowledge of Employee branding
