The Employee Engagement Manager will be responsible for:
* Identify and manage the programme of activities which support the Employee Engagement Strategy
* Play a key role in the Employee Brand programme to identify actions to strengthen the employee experience
* Manage the annual Engagement survey including planning, communication, execution, results analysis and recommendations
* Lead the Performance Management direction using insights and external best practice. Ensure management of supporting tools and processes and lead Business engagement.
Our Client is looking for an Employee Engagement Manager with strong HR/Internal Communications background and the following essential skills:
* Experience of implementing best practice employee engagement programmes and processes
* Experience of performance management process and communication strategy design
* Analytical approach - ability to manage and analyse numeric data and present simply and with impact
* Project management skills - proficient in planning, organisations and managing projects.
* Strong stakeholder engagement - ability to successful engage and influence multiple stakeholders with differing needs and points of view
* Experience of working within commercial business environments and good understanding of commercial drivers and pressures
