EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT MANAGER required to work for a large telecommunications company based in Berkshire.

The Employee Engagement Manager will lead the development and delivery of our employee engagement strategy, supporting employer brand and internal culture.
This role will develop, maintain and communicate the Performance Management process which supports improved people capability, working collaboratively with other areas across People and Property.

Responsibilities of the Employee Engagement Manager:
Identify and manage the programme of activities which support the Employee Engagement Strategy
Play a key role in the Employee Brand programme to identify actions to strengthen the employee experience
Performance manage the On Boarding Project manager, setting project objectives and ensuring quality delivery of results within the 12 month period
Manage the annual Engagement survey (including planning; communication; execution; results analysis and recommendations)
Lead the Performance Management (Focus) direction, using internal insights and external best practice. Ensure management of supporting tools and processes and lead Business engagement.
Proactively manage positive internal stakeholder relationships.
Select and manage external supplier relationships
Manage budgets; meet KPIs and comply with department governance.
Work collaboratively across People and Property to ensure that Engagement is supported in all policies and processes

The successful Employee Engagement Manager will have:
Experience of implementing best practice employee engagement programmes and processes
Understands and has experience of performance management process design
Strong project management skills, is proficient in planning, organising and managing projects.
Strong internal consulting skills
Stakeholder engagement - can successfully engage and influence multiple stakeholders with different needs and points of view.
Comms and engagement strategies -can design communications
