Employee Development Specialist Job

EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in EVERETT, WA.

- Curriculum management

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for curriculum management in support of a large portfolio of Information Technology learning solutions delivered to customers in multiple geographic locations.
- Forecasting instructor-led class requirements based on historical consumption, current student wait-list information and emergent customer requirements.
- Integrating with the scheduling team to ensure schedule accuracy and that customer requirements are met.
- Performing Learning Management System processes to establish new learning solutions and maintain existing curriculum.
- Providing learner care support to students and managers of students.
- Interfacing with supplier account managers who manage instructor-led delivery services provided by third party suppliers.
- Collaboratively work with all stakeholders to proactively resolve issues related to the collective responsibilities associated with this

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's and typically six (6) or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically four (4) or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- This position requires exceptional teaming skills, interpersonal skills, analytic skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
- Several software applications are used in accomplishing the tasks associate with this position and so the ability to learn quickly is a must.
- This is a six month contract position.

- An Information Technology background is preferred.
