- Content Development and Management
- Creates Learning Solutions
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Works with business partners and key stakeholders across multiple functions, programs and subject matter domains to recommend learning solutions that solve business problems, improve employee performance and decrease employee time to competency.
- Define project scope and deliverable including the budget and resources required.
- Partner with others to perform and/or or oversee curriculum development, review course content and instructional materials.
- Define and test system access requirements.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree and typically ten (10) or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically eight (8) or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- This position requires expertise and experience performing learning needs analysis in a complex business environment.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills and analytic skills are required.
- This is a six month contract position.
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- An Information Technology background is preferred.
