Employee Development Specialist IV Job

EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST IV needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in RENTON, WA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Represent the Learning, Trainingwork with Engineering management to help them understand what learning solutions are available; and utilize the results to assist in the development of measurable educational objectives.
- Participate in Alpha and beta test of courses.
- Work with Learning Solutions Integrators (LSIs) to define educational outcome for course objectives (ensure educational outcomes and instructional modules are consistent with engineering processes and methods); provide recommendations to customers on current and future LTD courses.
- Teach short courses and/or seminars to groups ranging in size from one person to several hundred persons, including live demonstrations of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software (ENOVIA, TEAMCENTER) and its applications in the context of CATIA V5, NX and various other systems.
- Ability to use general aerospace industry engineering methods, processes, and tools to design in various systems.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 or more years' related work experience
