Employee Development Spec III Job

EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT SPEC III needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in EVERETT, WA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide instructional delivery and continuous improvement of learning solutions for the job performance of manufacturing and quality employees, primarily in disciplines of aircraft
- Have formal experience delivering training in a manufacturing environment and possess a minimum of four (4) years experience and subject matter expertise. We are hiring for one in each of the following skill sets:

Electrical - Bond & Ground, fiber optic installation/inspection
Mechanical - Aircraft structures, Hi-locks, riveting, drilling, plumbing, oxygen
Seal - Fay, Fillet, pre-pack, injection, fuel tank, etc.
Composite - Principles of layup & repair: hand & automated layup, vacuum bagging, autoclave systems, low & high temperature cures, repair methods, scarf sanding, wet lay-up, thermal management, post cure finishing

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Six (6) or more years' related work experience
