Employee Data Management Specialist Job

EMPLOYEE DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SEATTLE, WA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Analyzes work list transactional errors, interfaces with customer and takes appropriate action following established guidelines and procedures
- Interprets and explain HR business processes to customer inquires, from TotalAccess
- Responds to moderately complex customer inquires, from TotalAccess, using KANA tool
- Evaluates HRMS query results for transactional errors, investigates and takes appropriate action
- Performs HR data transaction corrections using HRMS panels following established guidelines and procedures
- Maintains and updates HR reference tables within HRMS following established guidelines and procedures

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Three (3) or more years' related work experience
