EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS ADVISOR (REGULATORY, RISK, COMPLIANCE, CHANGE)

Join a Tier One Investment Bank!

6 month contract, £450 a day - £550 a day.

One of the Largest Top Tier Investment Banks, London based are seeking to hire an Employee Communications Advisor (Regulatory, Risk, Compliance, Change).

The ideal Employee Communications Advisor (Regulatory, Risk, Compliance, Change) must have the following:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in an internal communications management role
- Financial Services industry experience: must have worked in a global bank as being able to operate within a complex organisational structure is key to the communications for this programme
- Technical competence to produce and deliver, hands-on and day-to-day content for all channels of communication
- Excellent written skills: takes a strategic approach to developing content ie working with the business to ensure accurate core content then compiling compelling, audience appropriate communications
- Must be used to and comfortable managing the logistics behind communications activity
- Familiar with protocol of programme communications eg working to a project plan, reporting on communications work stream progress
- First class organisation skills: develops their own plans and manages their own time effectively to ensure they can deliver to deadlines
- Ability to operate effectively in a "virtual" team working environment

As an Employee Communications Advisor (Regulatory, Risk, Compliance, Change) the role will be as follows:

- Support the Global Employee Communications Lead for the GBM (GS) programme
- Develop and drive the implementation of individual communication plans to support programme initiatives and milestones in line with the defined GBM GS Employee Communications Strategy
- Support programme reporting for the Communications work stream
- Support the Employee Communications lead to develop understanding, awareness and commitment across GBM regarding the GS programme

Major challenges for the ideal Employee Communications Advisor (Regulatory, Risk, Compliance, Change) are as follows:

- Delivering effectively within a fast paced, high pressure environment and a complex organisational structure
- Consistent communications with employees across 74 countries
