This leading accountancy firm is looking for an Employer Brand Manager, to represent the Graduate team.

Reporting to the Head of Employer Brand, this specialist role will support the Graduate recruitment marketing to attract and recruit the very best and most diverse talent to the Firm each year.

Role Requirements:

- A strategic, commercial and client centric graduate marketing professional, ideally with exposure to working in a complex and fast changing environment.
- A deep and broad understanding of graduate recruitment/marketing, curious and solutions orientated, you'll thrive on finding new and effective ways to reach and engage the target audience.
- A strong project manager with experience of managing large scale, cross functional marketing activities within budget.
- Capability to build strong and enduring relationships with senior internal stakeholders, colleagues, and third party suppliers.
- Expected to fulfil all aspects of the role with minimal day to day guidance from the Head of Employer Brand.
- Line management experience, as there is responsibility for managing a small team.
- Comfortable presenting to large audiences and senior stakeholders, delivering communication strategies and business proposals that will challenge and influence an established way of thinking.
- Be involved in wider projects as a graduate marketing expert working within the Employer Brand Team specialists (Diversityeconomic downturn, pace of changing technology and millennial/gen Y behaviours etc. and the challenges that these present for Recruitment and the Future of Talent.

Measurement and Reporting

- Define metrics and accountability measures to track diversity throughout the process.
- Work with Recruiters to develop processes and measures on effective channel usage.
- Build effective tracking metrics on each channel to market to ensure strategy is providing maximum value on ROI and is aligned to bringing in diverse talent.

Stakeholder Management

- Exceptional communication skills with strong proven ability to deal with people at all levels in the organisation (including client-facing business leaders) and with the ability and confidence to influence senior decision-makers. Work collaboratively with the client group and senior stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities business to achieve their goals.
- Ability to manage client relationships and act as an effective ambassador for Recruitment and Employer Brand.
- Key Employer Brand guardian and ability build internal relationships (Marketing, Brand, CR, D&I teams and senior business stakeholder) and networks to support this.
- Identify any points of risk or opportunity, suggest solutions and escalate where appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships - both internally and with external partners.

Your skill set:

- Substantial experience in graduate recruitment marketing.
- Experience and understanding of digital and social marketing techniques.
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of planning, developing and delivering marketing. campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritise and direct resources to drive results.
- Proven track record of developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and build credibility at a senior level.
- Comfortable presenting to senior and large audiences.
- Experience in line management.
- Experience in budget management.
- Resilient and performs well in a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

- Degree qualified or equivalent work experience.
- Ideally qualified with the CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing.
