EMEA SAP TRAINER - P2P - 6 MONTH CONTRACT
Our client require a P2P SAP Trainer who will be responsible for developing training materials for classroom use and E-learning using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and uPerform. The Trainer will work to identify on-going training requirements, help plan training for the next Release, and deliver training to end-users in classrooms and WebEx, as well as Train-the-Trainer sessions. The SAP Trainer (P2P) will work with the EMEA Business across sites in Europe and functional experts based in London and the U.S.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE EMEA SAP TRAINER WILL BE:

Training Curriculum - contributes to the training curriculum for P2P. Liaises with Process Owners and Change Managers to get the scope of a training course signed-off.

Training development - update/develop training course outlines, exercises, PowerPoint presentations, assessments, Job Aids and uPerform simulations. Training materials should focus on the principle business impacts and changes, and provide business process context. Submit materials for review, and achieve sign-off in a timely manner.

Translations - work with internal and external translators to ensure the timely and accurate translation of materials for end users

E-learning creation - develop E-learning and simulations content using uPerform.

Training Delivery - deliver classroom training to end-users, and deal with questions from trainees.

Train-the-Trainer - deliver Train-the-Trainer courses to Super-Users from the business, and act as co-Trainer to support Super-Users.

Training Environment - tests exercises created in the Training Environment, and is responsible for data population.

Reporting - contributes to weekly status report for their functional area.
THE ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE EMEA SAP TRAINER ARE:

Excellent experience in SAP P2P

Excellent Training development and delivery experience

A good functional understanding of P2P

A good functional understanding of SAP Business Intelligence/Business Objects
-
PC literate with detailed knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel
-
Accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to work in a high pressure environment
THIS ROLE IS BASED IN POLAND WITH TRAVEL THROUGHOUT EUROPE DURING TRAINING DELIVERY PHASE. OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO THE U.S. MAY BE REQUIRED
