BASED IN Schaffhausen, Switzerland

SALARY: 6,000 CHF per month

CONTRACT: 12 months Maternity Leave Cover

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

My client is a market leading global software company that specialise in cloud and virtualisation technologies.

They are extremely passionate about their products and their clients and they are now looking for an experienced Marketing Programs and Campaign Manager to lead the development of central Marketing campaigns and drive the pan-EMEA roll out of outbound marketing programs to increase awareness and generate demand of our client's products across EMEA.

POSITION SUMMARY:

You will develop EMEA Campaigns for specific solution lines as per the strategy to influence and drive revenue to prospects, installed base customers and channel partners. Align with functional team members at Corporate and EMEA to develop webinars, email, online marketing, advertising, direct mail, shark days', events and telemarketing tools for regional localization and execution through an EMEA Agency and in coordination with the regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Align EMEA demand generation programs and events initiatives as well as team collaboration to penetrate the market with our clients campaigns and messaging for lead generation activities
- Align our products and messaging as appropriate for target market segments (by buying behaviour, customer needs/pains, company size, industry)
- Ensure successful end-to-end campaign execution from conception, readiness, channel partner recruiting, lead management, execution, analysis and debriefing, coordinating the efforts of all parties involved in their success
- Responsible for development of processes & systems to track programs for closed-loop accountability, including program planning, development and oversight to include virtual team members in e-marketing, sales, field marketing, worldwide integrated, and others
- Ensure a solid process in place to provide Channel & Field Sales with visibility to programs & related support materials so that they have resources that are appropriate for end-user follow-through
- Analyse campaign performance in order to tune future campaigns to improve ROI, pipeline generation and provide monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports as needed to report results to EMEA and Corporate management
- Work with SI/ISV and Alliance, Solutions and Channel teams to develop joint programs & leverage the brand and reach
- Interact with all functional areas to coordinate any requirements/support for campaigns, planning and execution

QUALIFICATIONS:

- In-depth experience in planning and execution of marketing programs including direct mail, email, online, webinars, and outbound telemarketing.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Marketing Campaign/Program management
- A strong working knowledge of face-to-face programs, including seminars, conferences & trade shows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within the IT/Software industry a definite plus
- Ability to work in a virtual team across borders
- Experience with marketing campaign tools such as Marketo, UNICA, eloqua, a benefit

EDUCATION:

- No formal education level required just a good background in marketing specifically segmentation, email and nurturing campaigns, messaging, multi touch

LANGUAGES

- Fluent in written and verbal English. Additional European languages are a plus.
