WHO WE ARE

Osmii are a firm of strategic search consultants who deliver resourcing services in permanent and contract recruitment. Osmii focus on the delivery of niche, hard to find talent, across emerging markets; technically and geographically.

- A specialist headhunting partner building permanent teams across EMEAhelping leading vendors and consultancies deliver highly niche project based resource.

WHAT WE DO

Osmii will find and secure exceptional talent on behalf of our clients. These roles are strategic to the success of their business. Strategic roles encompass not only executive and senior management, but also technical or specialist roles recognised as having a key impact on the business.

Osmii undertake search assignments for leading global vendors and emerging start-ups that have a focus across:

- Information Management (Big Data & Distributed Systems)
- Digital (Ad-Tech, Transformation, Mobile)
- Tech Advisory (Consulting)
- Security (Governance, Risk, Cyber and Enterprise)
- Analytics (Business Intelligence and Analysis)

Osmii have just closed our 4th year and are entering phase 3 of our growth plan - transitioning from being a start-up, through being a boutique, and into an established "go to" brand within our market sectors. The main focus for growth this year is our CONTRACT SERVICES business unit and our TECH ADVISORY section.

Currently we are 16 people (all in the Soho, London office), and our headcount projection puts us at 25 by close of this FY (March 2016).

We hold EMEA wide and Global MSAs with some of the leading Tech organisations in the market including Cisco AS, Accenture, EMC, Adobe, Deloitte, and PwC.

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

- Work with Technology Vendors and Consultancies to help support their Services and Operational teams with the provision of sub contract services resource.
- Offer the Enterprise Market support through the strength of our Vendor work.
- Locations covered - UK, Benelux, France and the Gulf

Career Path

- Progression through to Team Lead (override), Associate Director (shareholder), through to Regional Director. You will also have viability and input on P&L issues at Team Lead level.
- New office move in September - represents phase 3 of Osmii - and you will be provided with significant desk space for growth!
- Currently we are looking at offices in Berlin, Boston, Singapore and Abu Dhabi.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Osmii are committed to developing strategic, dynamic Recruiters. We require for you to have at least 2 years sales experience. You do not have to work within the technology sector but you do need a passion to get into this space. We like the idea of what new angles and experiences can bring to the role so we are open to people with different sales backgrounds & capabilities.

Hours

13.00 finish on Fridays 7 months of the year with 18.30 finish Mon-Thursday

15.00 finish on Fridays Oct-Feb, with 18.00 finish Mon-Thursday
