EMC Test Engineer,West Midlands, 6 Months, £30ph+

An EMC Test Engineer is required for an initial 6 month contract in theWest Midlandsto work on the EMC compliance of new and existing product lines. You will be working on the test of in house products and other various third party product lines.

Reporting directly into the EMC Test Manager, you will be working within a team of six engineers, working on test of primarily automotive electronics. Previous experience within the automotive industry, especially on EMC test is beneficial but not essential.

You will be responsible for the following:

-Test of vehicles and components to automotive SAE/EC/ISO/IEC/CISPR EMC specifications
-Solve numerous component and vehicle level EMC failures
-Analyse the impact of changes of EMC standards
-Maintain the Quality and Safety aspect of the Test Laboratory
