This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing managed service provider in a dedicated EMC storage team.

Technical support analyst to support both internal and customer storage systems and to work on projects/upgrades.

The main skill-set required is:

EMC

Clariion

EMC VNX

EMC RecoverPoint

EMC VPLEX

Exposure to IBM DS4000/5000 would be a distinct advantage

At least 5 years of EMC CLARiiON, EMC VNX, EMC RecoverPoint, EMC VPLEX. Exposure to IBM DS4000/5000 would be a distinct advantage.

Thorough understanding of RAID levels, snapshot, cloning, synchronous and asynchronous replication processes is required. Understanding of EMC QoS Manager, FAST and FASTcache is also a requirement.

Experience of Storage Area Networks: Brocade, Qlogic and McData switches. Understanding of Zoning, ISL trunking and FCoIP routing is a necessity.

In depth understanding of array performance characteristics with familiarity of Navisphere/Unisphere Analyzer, preferably in an OLTP database environment.

Experience of managing storage in both virtual and non-virtual environments.
