Embedded Systems Engineer

Embedded Engineer - C/ C++ programming - Permanent - Berkshire

Due to expansion within the engineering department, an opportunity has arisen for an Embedded Engineer to join aUKleading manufacturing company specialising in the field of telemetry.

As a successful Embedded Engineer, you will work on new and existing product development and work closely with the Hardware/ Electronics Engineers in the team. You will be involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle from inception to production and making sure designs are completed on time to specification.

* Degree educated in electronics, computer science or similar discipline
* Previous commercial experience in embedded systems design
* Analog and digital electronics design
* Programming in embedded C/ C++
* PIC microcontrollers
* Ability to work in a team and on own
* Good communication skills (written and verbal)

This role will be ideal for someone who enjoys being hands on and working in a close-knit team environment. The company enjoys a flat structure with everyone from management to technician getting "stuck in". The team is friendly and down to earth and you will be developed through on the job training.

Salary will depend upon level of experience c £40,000 p.a. plus benefits package.
