Embedded SW-Developer (f/m)

For our customer, a global Telecommunications company focussing on Automotive R&D, we are currently looking for an Embedded SW-Developer (f/m).

Start date: asap
Duration: 31.12.2015++
Location: Karlsruhe

Task:

* An existing SW stack needs to be ported and tested from 32-Bit environment to 64-Bit environment.
* Test and validation of the 64 Bit migration.
* Comparing results and behavior against existing 32 Bit results and behaviour.
* Support in-circuit / in-system measurements at the target HW.
* Debugging under real time conditions.

Skills:

* Automotive or industrial work experience.
* Linux 32- & 64-bit experience.
* Excellent skills and practice in programming in C, C++ for embedded systems.
* Debugging skills and practice in the use of debugging tools and hardware measurement equipment.
* Programming skills in Python script language is of advantage.
* Experience in the domain of control interfaces like UART, SPI, I2C, USB, PCIe, and SATA is of advantage.

Languages:

* Very good English is required
