Embedded Software Tester (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Reading and understanding the specifications including UML-diagrams for the purpose of testing embedded systems
-Creating the test design specifications and test cases
-Executing and running the tests
-Responsibility for test environments
-Documenting and reporting defects
-Working closely with the test management and an international project team
-Testing outside of the specification and under abnormal use conditions

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Good understanding of software lifecycle models including Agile and V-model
-Profound experience in testing industrial, automotive, medical or consumer embedded devices and software
-Familiar with concepts of systems engineering, model-based development, sysML and UML
-Excellent methodological knowledge covering different test design techniques
-Knowledge of automation systems like Siemens PLC and WinCC OA are beneficial
-ISTQB certification
-Fluency in English and German
