Embedded Software Team Leader/Manager

Embedded Software Team Leader/ Manager - Permanent - Thames Valley I am looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer who has the ability to be responsible for the day to day management of a growing team of embedded engineers. As an Embedded Software Team Lead/ Manager, you will actively engage in project planning of new and existing product development projects and ensure your team meets deliverables to a high standard of work. This is also a customer facing role where you will liaise with suppliers and both external/ internal customers. For these reasons, we are looking for: * well educated to degree level of higher in electronics engineering or a related discipline * hands on embedded/ firmware development in C and C++ * high level, software architect design * full software development lifecyle * people management/ mentoring skills * project management skills * customer facing experience/ good communication skills * consumer electronics, audio/ video, telecoms background (preferred) Salary will depend upon level of experience ranging from £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
