JOB DESCRIPTION

The market-leader in wireless communication protocols for the IoT market are currently hiring for an EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER to join their SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE TEAM. You will contribute to the growing success of their IoT products and be part of the leading company of semiconductor system solutions.

- Understand, interpret and deliver new customer requirements for new features
- Implement E2E architectural solutions to implement these new features
- Work using test driven development to write clean code at all times.
- Work collaboratively with all engineers and architects to build new proof-of-concepts to customers
- Show enthusiasm for the success of the product and company and thrive in the work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

- You have a strong background and years of professional experience in Embedded software development and testing
- You have solid, recent, hands-on experience in Embedded C/C++ programming, and Python Scripting
- You show enthusiasm to learn the inner workings of IoT platforms
- Familiarity with either Bluetooth (also Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Wi-Fi or Zigbee experience is mandatory and knowledge of 'packet sniffing'
- Experience with ARM Cortex M platforms is a huge bonus
