Embedded Software Engineer Job

EMBEDDED SOFTWARE DEVELOPER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in ERIE, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Three to five (3-5) Years of Embedded software development
- C/C++
- QNX or Linux or Unix platforms

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Be responsible for software development/maintenance of components, systems, and software testing
- Perform software testing and software debugging.
- Perform software defects root cause analysis and develop solutions
- Program in C/C++ and Embedded platforms
- Design, implement, and test software, ensuring quality specifications are met
- Participate actively in design and code reviews

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Expertise in C/C++
- QNX or Linux or Unix platforms
- Experience in Embedded or Real Time systems
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience
