THE ROLE

Embedded software development

THE INDIVIDUAL

As an Embedded software (firmware) engineer, you:

-have between 3 and 10 years' experience with a true developers DNA, eager to learn
-have experience with Linux development and debugging.
-are very fluent in C coding
-have a very strong interest and affinity with Embedded software (firmware)
-have a strong interest in the telecom world
-are a real team player and like to be challenged in a very constructive way (continuous improvement and innovation)
-are motivated to work in a multi-task and agile environment where flexibility to adapt is key
-like to work in an international environment that includes some limited and short travels (few times per year)
-Practical knowledge of networks, broadband and telecommunication environment

You also have experience with:

-component-based development (software factory) and integration of software
-virtualization technology (KVM, VMWare, PCI pass-through, DPDK, OpenVSwitch, )
-data forwarding and control protocols
-ARM or INTEL processor architectures (CPU details like cache, )
-SDN/NFV technology
