Embedded Software Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a Software Engineer to work for a client of mine in Cambridge. Great Salary and benefits package which is dependant upon the candidates level of experience.

My client is an expanding, highly professional, technical consultancy developing state of the art new products. Their reputation for engineering excellence has consistently won them awards. Working within their multidisciplinary teams on major development projects, you will be responsible for developing software for a range of product applications.

They are looking for a someone who is able to develop systems and structures. Has an ability to demonstrate evidence of understanding the value of work undertaken and keen to aim for big achievements.

Requirements:

- Embedded development experience essential
- C++ experience essential
- Structured software and UML design knowledge essential
- Able to work as part of a small team to an aggressive timescale and with strict attention to detail is essential

The following is desirable:

- Experience of Linux configuration and deployment
- Knowledge of Qt and QML experience
- Appreciation of test methodologies
- Basic electronics knowledge
