Aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden einen Embedded Software Development Consultant/ Prozessexperten.

For the embedded software development we would like to have a consultant capable of:
+ Performing reviews of code and other deliverables (Embedded C++)
+ Assess the development, integration, and delivery workflow in multiple teams
+ Identify impediments and propose improvements
+ Document changes in workflow and communicate changes within teams (e.g. in version control, coding guidelines, etc.)
+ Drive communication and sustainable implementation of changes within teams
+ Find the right balance between driving change and not pushing the teams to much

+ Experience in consulting software development of larger teams in under pressure situations
+ Experience with Continuous Integration
+ Knowledge of Embedded C++
+ Knowledge in Software Development processes
+ Skilled in standard software tooling: Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Atlassian Toolchain
+ Understanding of a modern lean-agile principle based mindset bringing fast integration cycles with build-in quality
+ Embedded C/C++
+ English and German language
