Embedded Software Developer (m/f)

Currently we are looking for a developer (m/f) for embedded software.

Your task includes:
Development of embedded software for wireless Internet of Things sensors and actuators (e.g. in the domains Smart Home, Connected Industry, Transport & Mobility and Smart City). The developer is working in an agile team with interfaces to development locations in Germany and India.
These embedded devices consist of:
+ Microcontrollers
+ Short and long range radios (e.g. LoRa, BLE, 802.15.4 and GSM)
+ Micromechanical sensors
+ Indoor and outdoor positioning systems
+ Actuators
+ Secure IP based communication protocols
+ Battery systems and power management.

+ Experience with microcontrollers and microcontroller programming (e.g. ARM Cortex-M)
+ Skilled in C programming for resource constrained devices
+ Unit tests and testing frameworks
+ Test automation and continuous integration (Jenkins)
+ Test driven development
+ Experience in debugging and troubleshooting with embedded debuggers & tracers
+ Knowledge in compiler configuration / makefile build systems
+ Working with version control systems (e.g. Git)
+ Basic skills in designing software modules w.r.t. concurrency, real time, ...
