Based in Birmingham, they have a large facility that accommodates for a variety on disciplines including a large R&D team. They offer a great long term career (their staff turnover is exceptionally low), exciting projects, excellent and fun working environment and great benefits.

All the engineers that work on site, and especially in the Software team are friendly so any Embedded Engineer would feel right at home with them. The company is a hugely successful company in the engineering sector. They are designing and manufacturing exciting products for a specialist industry but you don't need to come from this particular industry.

What you need is a good problem-solving approach, a pro-active attitude, a passion for engineering and an ability to learn!

You will be offered a salary of up to £38,000 + benefits including pension, private health care, 25 days holiday + more but the biggest selling point is the role and people.

You will ideally, as an Embedded Engineer, have experience with:

Embedded Software Systems

RTOS

Ideally, but not essential, experience or understanding of PLCs

Location is easily commutable from Birmingham, Worcester, Redditch, South West, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Dudley
