Email Marketing Production Coordinator Job

EMAIL MARKETING PRODUCTION COORDINATOR needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Dallas, TX.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Support marketing manager with launching monthly email campaigns
- Prioritize daily workload to accomplish successful coordination and execution of email campaigns.
- Coordinate all campaign related tasks with vendor: creative and production
- Provide all quality control of templates to ensure error free production
- Work with copy writer to obtain copy for email templates.
- Help initiate test to improve optimization.
- Work with internal design team and ad agencies for banner and landing page creation
- Work with Development Team to implement landing pages

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Create source codes to track all marketing campaigns
- Help pull monthly campaign metrics and keep source data clean and error free
- Work cross-functionally with other business units.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Previous email or online marketing experience (3-5 years preferred)
- Previous reporting experience with intermediate to advance level Excel.
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and coordinates multiple projects, ability to prioritize.
- Proactive and strong attention to detail
- Familiar with online metrics reporting and ability to analyze data
- Good communication skills, excellent team player
- Ability to solve problems
- Self Starter
- 4-year degree preferred
